I. All returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.
II. Defective returns:
For all clocks except floor / grandfather clocks, Clocks Unlimited will accept defective returns at no cost to the buyer (including shipping), for replacement, repair or full refund.
With respect to defective floor / grandfather clocks, the manufacturers' warranty includes having an authorized repair technician come to your premises to address and resolve the defect issue.
III. Non-Defective returns:
Due to the large expense and risk of damage in packing and shipping floor / grandfather clocks, we cannot accept non-defective returns on these clocks.
For all other clocks, Clocks Unlimited will accept non-defective returns under the following terms and conditions only:
a. The request for Return Authorization comes directly from the customer who ordered it.
b. The customer confirms via email or fax to Clocks Unlimited their understanding of and agreement to the return charges. This must be received prior to the issuance of any Return Goods Authorization (RGA).
c. The returned goods are repacked exactly as they were received, with no damage to the clock, packing materials and / or box. Clocks received back that are not in the same condition as received generally are not resellable as new.
Return credit is calculated as follows: 85%, due to a 15% restocking fee charged by the manufacturers, less original shipping cost. This is to cover the expense of inspection, testing, repacking and returning the clock to inventory. Customer is also responsible for return shipping costs.
Once the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms, Clocks Unlimited will issue the RGA. After the clock is received, inspected and determined to
be within the return requirements, Clocks Unlimited will issue the refund to the customer. The refund can be issued by check at no cost to the customer.
If the customer wishes to have the refund made via credit card or paypal, customer will be responsible for the refund charge by the credit card company
or paypal, and that amount will be deducted from the refund.
